Job Summary
FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, planning, financial modeling, and operational analysis across multiple manufacturing locations and business units. Collaborates with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to drive profitability and performance. Responsibilities include leading the Annual Operating Plan and rolling 18-month forecasts, building driver-based financial models, performing pricing and profitability analysis, monitoring cost structure and manufacturing KPIs, evaluating capital investments, creating dashboards and reporting tools, and presenting insights to senior leadership. Requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, 6+ years in FP&A/operational/manufacturing finance, manufacturing-cost expertise, advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency, and strong communication skills. Expected travel up to 50% between Kansas City, MO; Granite City, IL; and White House, TN. Hybrid remote options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 6+ years of progressive FP&A, operational finance, or manufacturing finance experience
- Strong background supporting manufacturing, packaging, industrial, or operational environments
- Experience with forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost drivers, cost accounting, and operational KPIs
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence leaders across functions
- Self-driven, highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
