Job Summary
Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to drive business decisions. Partner with country leadership and cross-functional teams to develop bottom-up budgets (P&L, working capital, cash flow, capex), oversee monthly/rolling forecasts and quarterly targets, deliver management reporting packs, and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability and cash flow. Build and maintain financial models, support automation and standardization initiatives, and communicate variance analyses and recommendations to senior management. Strong emphasis on stakeholder management, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering with proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems.
Required Qualifications
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA or equivalent preferred
