Manager, FP&A, Europe

Manager, FP&A Europe responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics across European affiliates; based in Basel, Switzerland. Key duties include coordinating planning timelines, maintaining European management P&L by country/function/product, preparing monthly Actuals vs Budget/Forecast analyses, consolidating submissions, tracking OpEx, and partnering with Accounting/Global Finance. Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs using Excel and Power BI; perform scenario modelling and ad hoc analyses to support launch readiness, market planning, and investment decisions. Drive operational execution, establish scalable processes and governance, and prepare management presentations; facilitate alignment between European and Global Finance teams. Strong emphasis on analytical, hands-on, proactive work style in a biotech environment, with collaboration across Commercial, Medical, and G&A teams.
