Job Summary
Develop, refine, and maintain robust financial models covering strategic planning, capital allocation, and cash management across the region. Monitor monthly operational and financial performance by analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to communicate variances and highlight key trends. Build strong cross-functional relationships with logistics, commercial, and service operations teams to establish scalable processes and optimize KPIs. Serve as a trusted advisor during investment case proposals, translating complex financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance managers. Lead cost-saving and revenue-enhancing initiatives while streamlining reporting frameworks. Requires 3–8+ years of FP&A experience with advanced Excel and analytics tool proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
- 3–8 +years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Investment Banking, or Strategy Consulting
- Advanced Excel modeling capability
- Hands-on experience analyzing large data sets and utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Power BI)
- Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated team player with strong ownership, a hands-on attitude, and the determination to build processes from the ground up and carry projects through to completion
Desired Qualifications
- preferably within fast-paced, high-growth, MNC, tech, e-commerce, delivery, or logistics environments
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Manager
