Job Summary
Develop, refine, and maintain robust financial models covering strategic planning, capital allocation, and cash management across the region. Monitor monthly operational and financial performance by analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow data to communicate variances and highlight key trends. Build strong cross-functional relationships with logistics, commercial, and service operations teams to serve as a trusted advisor during investment proposals and translate complex financial data into clear recommendations. Lead cost-saving and revenue-enhancing initiatives while streamlining and automating financial, operational, and reporting frameworks. Collaborate closely with regional functions to establish scalable processes and influence management to optimize KPIs and hit targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
- 3–8 +years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Investment Banking, or Strategy Consulting
- Advanced Excel modeling capability
- Hands-on experience analyzing large data sets and utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Power BI)
- Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated team player with strong ownership, a hands-on attitude, and the determination to build processes from the ground up and carry projects through to completion
Desired Qualifications
- preferably within fast-paced, high-growth, MNC, tech, e-commerce, delivery, or logistics environments
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Manager
