Job Summary
Develop and maintain financial processes and analytics to drive informed decision-making, including monthly budget-to-actual reviews, annual budgeting, and cash forecasting. Lead the treasury function by managing banking relationships, evaluating new products, and overseeing reconciliation variances during the financial close process. Direct specific projects from planning through implementation to enhance department functionality while coaching and training assigned employees. Provide ad-hoc analysis to support product introductions and modify company processes, ensuring accurate royalty accounting and sales tax reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A
- 5+ years of experience in general accounting
- 5+ years of experience in treasury/cash management or banking field
- Proven management experience of direct reports
- Strong leadership skills and process improvement experience
- Management and leadership mentality with ability to train others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain complex issues across various levels within the organization
- Detail oriented with strong follow up skills
- Advanced computer user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High degree of confidentiality and ethical behavior
- Ability to work well under pressure and able to work cross functionally with all levels in the organization
- Interact independently with internal and external parties, has the knowledge to make independent decisions
Desired Qualifications
