Job Summary
Lead CMP slurry/pCMP formulation development for advanced semiconductor manufacturing with a focus on technical leadership, project management, and team development. Oversee multiple development projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Communicate effectively with global R&D teams and key stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a master's or PhD in a relevant field, significant experience in formulation development, demonstrated management skills, and strong technical communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in CMP/pCMP slurry formulation development within the semiconductor industry.
- >7 years experience for PhD, >10 years experience for MS.
- Demonstrated people management experience, including direct management of scientists/engineers.
- Strong ability to translate complex experimental data into clear technical direction and project decisions.
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with polymers, surfactants, and abrasive particle systems.
- Excellent English communication skills for global collaboration.
