Job Summary
Lead and scale the Forecasting & Business Intelligence function within LinkedIn's Go-to-Market Operations. Coach the team, deliver global forecasting, performance reporting (BAU and strategic initiatives), and build a shared roadmap with data and systems teams. Define KPIs, manage reporting cadences (weekly/bi-weekly/QBR), drive process optimization, and escalate risks with cross-functional stakeholders. Partner with executives to drive growth and operational rigor through analytics, data storytelling, and automation opportunities. Requirements include a BA/BS in a technical field, 6+ years in GTM/ops/analytics, 1+ year people management, strong data analysis (Excel, SQL), and familiarity with CRM and data visualization tools; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in technical or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience in go-to-market/sales/business operations, consulting, investment banking, finance, strategy or analytics
- 1+ years of people management in a similar context
- Experience with data analysis/modelling (Excel, SQL)
- Knowledge of Pipeline, Forecasting & Business Performance Management processes
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
