Job Summary
Lead and stand up a high-performance Forecasting & Business Intelligence function within LinkedIn's Planning & Performance Team for Go-to-Market Operations. Coach the team on big-picture thinking, drive weekly/bi-weekly/quarterly reporting cadences, and partner with data and systems teams to develop shared roadmaps, automation opportunities, and scalable solutions. Own KPI tracking, operational efficiency, risk escalation, and cross-functional collaboration to inform leadership and drive growth. Ideal candidates bring experience in go-to-market or analytics, strong SQL/Excel skills, capability to produce executive-ready presentations, and a track record of leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in go-to-market/sales/business operations, consulting, investment banking, finance, strategy or analytics
- 1+ years of people management in a similar context
- Experience with data analysis/modelling (Excel, SQL) and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
- Knowledge of Pipeline, Forecasting & Business Performance Management processes
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- BA/BS degree in technical or related field or equivalent practical experience
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience with CRM, sales and data visualization tools
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage programs
- Experience in go-to-market/sales/business operations or analytics
- Knowledge of forecasting, BI, and performance management processes
- Experience with Excel and SQL
