Job Summary
Lead and scale a high-performance Forecasting & Business Intelligence function within LinkedIn's Planning & Performance Team for the Go-to-Market Operations, overseeing global forecasting, performance monitoring, and reporting cadences; partner with data and systems teams to drive automation, KPIs, and strategic initiatives; manage and mentor a team, develop roadmaps, and influence cross-functional stakeholders including sales, marketing, and leadership; requires strong analytical, communication, and program-management skills, with experience in data analysis (Excel/SQL), CRM, and BI tools; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in go-to-market/sales/business operations, consulting, investment banking, finance, strategy or analytics
- 1+ years of people management in a similar context
- Experience with data analysis/modelling (Excel, SQL) and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
- Knowledge of Pipeline, Forecasting & Business Performance Management processes
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- BA/BS degree in technical or related field or equivalent practical experience
