Coordinate Food Services Department operations by ensuring competent staff availability, monitoring adherence to safety policies, and managing day-to-day workflows including budget oversight, supply requisition, and vendor negotiations. Direct staff development through performance coaching, orientation, and continuous education while enforcing state and federal regulations. Lead problem-solving initiatives, quality improvement projects, and interdepartmental communications to meet patient and resident needs. Maintain accurate reporting, timekeeping, and compliance documentation.
