Manager Food Chain & Seed growth

Lead end-to-end value-chain partnerships in agriculture by establishing crop solutions (including seed treatment offerings) across key crops, enabling growers to improve income in domestic and export markets. Drive the Food Value Chain initiative across multiple crops, manage P&L for FCP business, and activate scalable service models. Develop sustainable plant protection solutions, collaborate with sales and marketing on implementation, and grow seed treatment business through value-chain partnerships and special projects at CU level. Build relations with regional seed companies and create seed-treatment hubs with corporate retail partners and other initiatives, leveraging monetization opportunities across the value chain. Strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders, ensure quality and traceability in supply chains, and promote sustainability through responsible practices.
