Job Summary
Oversee Food & Beverage operations for The Elmore Hotel in Southlake, TX, including maintaining P&L authority, managing reservations and service flow, scheduling, staff development, and guest experience. Lead hiring and onboarding of team members, coach performance, and ensure restaurant and Banquet operations meet safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Responsibilities include staff briefings, training and development, coordinating with hotel leadership, participating in marketing and promotions, approving payroll hours, and maintaining OSHA-compliant sanitation and equipment standards. Must be ServSafe certified and bring 4-7 years of F&B management experience in a fine dining environment, with budgeting and inventory experience; strong English communication and customer-service orientation are essential.
