Job Summary
Manager, Food and Beverage leadership role overseeing all F&B operations including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service; focus on guest and employee satisfaction, adherence to ASI standards, and financial performance; responsibilities include supervising, budgeting, coaching, and ensuring brand service culture across food and beverage departments; plans and directs operations, drives continuous improvement, sets service expectations, and collaborates with executive team to achieve goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
