Job Summary
Develop and execute a growth strategy for brand awareness, donor engagement, and revenue across private and business sectors. Lead a multidisciplinary team of 14 specialists in communication, fundraising, and donor services, coaching staff on innovative campaigns and impactful messaging. Manage the budget, track KPIs, and serve as a strategic partner to the board and executive team. Act as a board member to align organizational direction and foster collaboration across departments. Requires 8–10 years in non-profit fundraising or development cooperation with strong leadership experience. Salaried between €5,219 and €6,493 bpm on a 36-hour basis.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal 8–10 jaar ervaring in marketing, fondsenwerving, communicatie
- ruime leidinggevende ervaring (teamontwikkeling, coaching)
- ervaring in de non-profitsector en/of ontwikkelingssamenwerking
- sterk ontwikkelde competenties op strategie, data en creatie
