Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger modules). Conduct business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly. Manage a team of functional consultants, guide them through design, build, testing, and deployment phases. Oversee integration, data migration, and testing activities across modules and with external systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, integration, and reporting leads. Drive project deliverables and ensure alignment with timeline, scope, and quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for the client for all finance functional-related matters. Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations. Ensure compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of Oracle Financials experience
- At least 5 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA
- Experience in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SOX/compliance
