Job Summary
Lead a team responsible for the application security, administration, implementation and maintenance of Financial Systems, including governance, training, performance reporting, and compliance. Drive system upgrades, cost-benefit analyses, and business requirements while coordinating with IT and HR. Manage cross-functional financial systems projects and oversee internal controls and audits. Familiarity with Lawson, PAM, SAS FM, and Workday Financials highly preferred; strong leadership and staff-management skills are essential for delivering reliable, scalable financial systems that power critical business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in related field
- Bonus: Experience with Adaptive Planning for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Bonus: Workday Financials experience (functionality, integrations, administration)
Additional Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States (E-verify)
- Hybrid Flex or Remote Flex depends on work nature and distance from Durham HQ
