Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting responsible for directing SEC filings including annual and quarterly reports, forms and correspondence by ensuring accuracy of data presented. Oversees preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements and schedules included in the earnings release; directs accounting research and compliance issues related to filings. Coordinates Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and external-auditor coordination; ensures GAAP/SEC compliance in forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and related footnotes; prepares quarterly financial data for earnings releases and management analysis; leads preparation of 10-K and 10-Q disclosures; conducts technical accounting research and memos; implements new accounting standards; supports Audit Committee communications and disclosure packages; oversees stock-based compensation analysis and related valuation; supports monthly/quarterly EPS analysis and related schedules; coordinates disclosure controls and other audit activities. This position is remote with travel to Mojave, CA as needed.
