Job Summary
Prepare and oversee the Company's consolidated financial statements, including quarterly and annual external reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP, monthly internal reporting, foreign currency translation, and intercompany eliminations. Manage the month-end close process, ensure accurate journal entry postings, and review balance sheet account reconciliations. Oversee foreign currency translation, analyze key financial metrics and variances, and lead quarterly debt compliance calculations. Support the year-end audit, serve as a SAP super-user, and manage direct reports. Assist with due diligence and special projects related to acquisitions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field
- CPA
- Minimum of 8 years of consolidation and financial reporting experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in performing financial analysis to include: g/l account reconciliation and analysis, forecast and trend analysis, budget to actual analysis
- Must be able to lift up and carry 15 pounds at times
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience with Big 4 public accounting firm
- Experience with SAP/BPC
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Ability to be self-directed with limited supervision
- Superior communication and people skills including collaboration, communication, and team building
- Fundamental leadership and management skills
- Ability to challenge assumptions and ideas
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Collaborator with the ability to build and foster working relationships across departmental lines
- Detail oriented with strong critical thinking skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a multinational environment
