Job Summary
Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K), draft disclosures aligned with US GAAP, manage quarterly reporting, coordinate with external auditors, mentor junior staff, and drive automation and internal controls within a remote, multi-metropolitan US setting. Requires CPA preferred, 4+ years of SEC reporting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with SEC tooling (Workiva, Intelligize) and Oracle Fusion; collaboration across Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, and Accounting.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA preferred
- 4 years SEC reporting experience
- 5-8 years accounting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Proficient in SEC reporting software (Workiva, Intelligize)
- ERP Systems (Oracle Fusion) and Excel
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well-organized with time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
