Job Summary
Oversee Accounting, Closing, and Preparation of Financials statements for APAC entities; ensure adherence to Internal Controls and regulatory compliance; manage Internal and External Audits; coordinate Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, and statutory compliances (EPF, CPF, Gratuity, Professional Tax); coordinate with external service providers; track regulatory changes with potential impact; collaborate with country leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes and vendor management; strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting; ERP experience (NetSuite) preferred; 5–7 years in Accounting/Finance and CA/CMA credential required.
Required Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA/CMA with 2-3 Years in Accounting, Audit, Reporting, Internal Control, Taxation
- Ability to work with external partners and collaborate with all departments
- Hands- On experience in Tax(IT, GST, PT) and other compliances
- Good Communication skills
