Job Summary
Maintain and administer the trader compensation database, calculating monthly and annual compensation while supporting financial reporting and planning initiatives. Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and auditors to complete year-end audits for domestic and international entities, and execute ad hoc projects requiring strong analytical and modeling skills. Manage legal compensation agreements and present data succinctly to partners. This role reports to the Managing Director of Corporate Finance within Graham Capital Management's Corporate Accounting and Trading Services group.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience relating to trader compensation and financial reporting and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting
- Strong analytical and modelling skills to effectively breakdown and map out legal compensation agreements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively and succinctly present relevant data and issues
- Competent technology and data knowledge base to efficiently extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis
- A team player with excellent project and time management skills to effectively work with our partners
- Commute into our Rowayton, CT office Monday through Friday
- Work 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
