Job Summary
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage short and long-term financial planning and analysis for the company, monitoring achievement of performance against profit objectives. Responsibilities include providing FP&A Finance support, identifying business challenges, developing key performance indicators, leading real-time financial performance monitoring, researching variances to budgets, creating effective staffing schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing junior staff through training and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- More than three years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles within the casino industry
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing financial reports, metrics, and models
- General knowledge of accounting, financial, and operating principles
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Extensive knowledge of systems used to process, present, and analyze data
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
