Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (B2B, GTM, SaaS)

Job Summary
Own the Emburse revenue forecast and partner with Sales leadership to build bottoms-up, pipeline-driven models; develop and maintain driver-based GTM expense models for Sales and Marketing (headcount, program spend, quota capacity); lead monthly/quarterly GTM financial reviews with variance analysis tying spend to pipeline and revenue; support annual budget and strategic planning for all GTM functions; assist in pricing and packaging analysis including transactional economics and customer adoption trends; serve as the primary finance partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, embedding finance into GTM planning and operational reviews; proactively identify financial risks and opportunities within the GTM motion and present actionable recommendations; translate complex financial analysis into executive-ready narratives for ELT and board-level consumption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent proven work experience
- 5+ years of related experience with meaningful exposure to GTM in B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to build revenue and bookings forecast models with pipeline-based drivers
- Strong grasp of SaaS GTM metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, Pipeline coverage)
- Experience with CRM and billing systems data (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite)
- Ability to leverage AI tools to create process efficiencies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and achieve team goals
