Job Summary
Lead revenue assurance review projects to identify billing leakages, ensure billing completeness, and validate logic by recreating billing from core systems. Perform in-depth data analysis of Mastercard databases to research and resolve root causes of revenue leakage, synthesizing findings into actionable insights. Conduct rigorous QMR audits and analysis for assigned customers using standardized frameworks, communicating recovery actions and observations to stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and GBSC teams to develop analytical toolkits that drive efficiency in issue detection and implement fixes for billing accuracy. Act as a regional Subject Matter Expert for all billing-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies while managing time-sensitive matters and multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- CA/MBA (Finance preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- CPA/CFA certification
- Strong proficiency in database management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong proficiency in data analytics
- Demonstrated success in Revenue Assurance
- Ability to thrive in project-based roles requiring self-initiative and self-motivation
