Job Summary
Manager - FP&A, Marketing drives Strategic Marketing Investment for Tiffany’s worldwide marketing expenditures. Lead budget creation, re-forecasting, and monthly reporting; provide strategic analysis on spend by channel and product category. Partner with Marketing leadership to craft budgets, manage centralized and regional budgets, and consolidate worldwide marketing spend. Own quarterly budget reviews with CMO, analyze variances and ROI, and oversee global tracking and ERP-related reporting enhancements. Mentor a seasonal intern and potentially a Marketing FP&A Analyst. Requires 7+ years in FP&A with Marketing Finance focus; MBA or CPA preferred; strong collaboration with senior leaders; proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and HP Planning.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis with emphasis on Marketing Finance
- MBA or CPA designation preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to senior leadership
- Experience leading multiple projects
- Experience coaching and developing financial professionals
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Independent work ethic with initiative
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HP Planning, Power BI
