Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - FL

Oversee FP&A activities including leading a team of financial analysts, managing financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct variance analysis, provide insights for financial decision-making, develop and maintain financial models for planning, and ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards. Requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, proficiency in financial software and Excel, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule. Some travel may be required for cross-functional meetings and product launches.
