Job Summary
Manage a team of investigators to analyze files, allocate caseloads, and conduct criminal and non-criminal investigations while minimizing regulatory risks. Direct daily operations by reviewing incoming files, assigning cases to specialists, and ensuring proper analysis standards are followed. Collaborate with external organizations to gather intelligence and prepare documents for proceedings. Identify procedural weaknesses, recommend remediation strategies, and lead business planning to optimize resource use. Develop team members through performance reviews, mentorship, and coaching while maintaining compliance with internal policies and industry codes of conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years experience
- Individuals are expected to be onsite 4 days a week
- Expert level professional role requiring in-depth knowledge / expertise in own domain / field of specialty
- Working knowledge of broader related areas
- Ability to integrate the broader organizational context into advice and solutions within own area
- Understanding of the industry, competition and the factors that differentiate the organization
- Ability to apply best practices to implement process, product or service improvements
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert within their own area of specialty
- Ability to lead projects of moderately to complex risk and resource requirements
- Ability to contribute to setting standards within area of expertise
- Ability to solve complex problems requiring analysis of multiple variables
- Ability to use advanced methods to contribute to new solutions and recommend standards
- Ability to impact a range of functional programs and operations across own and related teams
- Ability to interpret guidelines, standards, policies and results of analysis to inform decision making at senior levels
- Ability to build stakeholder alignment in leading projects and activities
