Job Summary
Lead a team of professionals and supervisors to achieve business objectives, maintain day-to-day operations, and deliver quality service consistent with business goals. Conduct investigations as a working lead on assigned cases, ensuring proper analysis standards are followed and preparing documents for criminal and non-criminal proceedings. Collaborate with external organizations to gather intelligence information, identify procedural weaknesses, and implement corrective actions. Contribute to business plan development, optimize resource leverage, and align strategies with enterprise requirements. Manage team performance, set targets, and foster a cohesive environment while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years experience
- Individuals are expected to be onsite 4 days a week
- Expert level professional role requiring in-depth knowledge / expertise in own domain / field of specialty
- Working knowledge of broader related areas
- Ability to integrate the broader organizational context into advice and solutions within own area
- Understanding of the industry, competition and the factors that differentiate the organization
- Ability to apply best practices to implement process, product or service improvements
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert within their own area of specialty
- Ability to lead projects of moderately to complex risk and resource requirements
