Manager, Financial and Regulatory Reporting

Manager, Financial and Regulatory Reporting will support the Financial & Regulatory Reporting Management team in delivering accurate and timely financial disclosures and regulatory returns, coordinating monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, analyzing large data sets for patterns and insights, and maintaining process documentation and guidance for regulatory disclosures. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Accounting Policy, Platform Financial Controllers, Product Controllers, and Finance IT, while also coordinating audits and driving improvements in reporting solutions and data quality. Strong written and oral communication, advanced Excel data analysis, and the ability to independently propose solutions in complex scenarios are required. Nice-to-have CPA designation.
