Manager Financial Analytics

Job Summary
Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality financial insights supporting regulatory initiatives, long-term planning, and strategic decisions. Drive analytics that support growth, customer growth, and operational performance; develop and oversee advanced financial models (DCF, rate analysis); ensure governance and accuracy of outputs; partner with Regulatory and Finance for rate cases and filings; deliver executive presentations and dashboards; drive tool enhancements and standardization of reporting; mentor and develop analysts; collaborate across Finance, Operations, Engineering, Regulatory, and Strategy; communicate findings to leadership and the Board; manage cross-functional initiatives and support enterprise analytics initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, or cost control experience
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership
- Experience in a regulated utility or energy environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of rate structures, regulatory finance, or rate cases (preferred)
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or data analytics tools (preferred)
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) (preferred)
- Shift/onsite hybrid work arrangement with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote
