Job Summary
Lead financial analytics for multi-market occupier and broker client engagements by designing customized models aligned with client KPIs and reporting requirements. Translate business objectives into scalable solutions while establishing standardized methodologies that accommodate unique client needs. Collaborate with account leadership and transaction teams to build dynamic financial models evaluating leasehold interests, occupancy costs, and cash flows to support site selection, acquisitions, and portfolio optimization. Perform cash versus GAAP analyses and evaluate transaction structures to deliver actionable insights for occupancy strategy and business decisions. Own the governance and evolution of financial modeling tools, continuously refining analytical frameworks and supporting the implementation of technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- concentration in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 8–12 years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, real estate finance, occupier services, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading complex real estate transaction financial analyses for occupiers and tenants
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including development of sophisticated and dynamic financial models
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis, lease analysis, occupancy cost analysis, and real estate financial structures
- Experience with cash versus GAAP accounting analyses
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to operate effectively as a player-coach, balancing individual contribution with team leadership
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with executive-level communication capability
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Desired Qualifications
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree
- Experience working closely with tenant representation brokerage teams
- Prior experience managing, mentoring, or developing financial professionals
- Familiarity with ProCalc or similar real estate financial analysis platforms
