Job Summary
Conduct financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and Profit & Loss management. Prepare presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences and articulate outcomes to leadership teams. Respond to ad-hoc requests and special projects while partnering with business leadership to assess financial implications of organizational growth efforts. Manage workload independently and provide management clients with project statuses. Thrive in a fast-paced environment amidst rapid change, challenging current processes to be more proactive and efficient. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling or a combination
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering)
- Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Certified Treasury Professional or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license, or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or CFM
- 6+ years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling
- 4+ years experience in financial services, banking or technology industries
- 4+ years experience partnering with senior leaders and internal stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills or Google Suite
- Strong SQL and Python skills
