Manager, Financial Advisory (Investment & Project Financing)

Job Summary
Develop and maintain financial models to support project investment decisions, incorporating sensitivity analysis and evaluating financial options for business development projects. Advise internal stakeholders on risk allocation, contract terms, and return optimization while acting as the single point of contact for the investment business case. Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing documents for medium to large transactions, developing presentations for lender and management updates. Identify project economic risks, define appropriate contingencies, and manage multiple parties including banks, consultants, and lawyers to bring transactions to successful close. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics with a minimum of five years of experience in M&A and project finance, alongside significant expertise in renewable energy structuring.

- Experience in the position, conducting industry M&A and project finance transactions
- Experience at an investment bank
- Experience at a private equity fund
- Experience at a strategic energy company
- Broad power industry expertise

- Experience working in renewables
- Experience working in generation markets
Desired Qualifications
- Professional qualification such as CFA
- Professional qualification such as CIMA
- Professional qualification such as ACA
- Professional qualification such as ACCA
- Equivalent to CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA
- Significant expertise in the renewable energy industry
- Experience in structuring tax equity investments
- Experience with wind projects
- Experience with solar projects
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and utilizing detailed, Excel-based, financial models
