Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive financial oversight, budgetary control, and analytical support across various business units. Key responsibilities include monitoring business performance and preparing budgets to ensure adherence to financial policies, developing management reports and performance analyses, conducting monthly reviews of financial performance, collaborating with departments for financial planning, creating financial models for business evaluation, and ensuring compliance with finance policies.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a recognized accounting qualification
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in management accounting and/or financial analysis
- Experience in business planning, financial analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with compliance and control in financial processes
