Manager Finance

Senior Manager Finance role responsible for overseeing accounts payable and general ledger activities, ensuring timely and accurate coding and processing, managing payments (checks, ACH, wires), resolving vendor inquiries, supervising AP and T&E workflows, and driving month-end and year-end closes. Leads tax compliance (GST, withholding taxes), ensures SOX-compliant internal controls, supports external audits, and strengthens financial controls. Advises on GAAP/IFRS compliance (US GAAP and India standards), analyzes reports for executive leadership, and identifies cost-optimization and process-improvement opportunities. Mentors finance staff, guides ERP upgrades and automation initiatives, and sets KPIs to align with organizational goals. This hybrid role is based in Pune, India, with responsibility for India and global vendor activities, and requires leadership across multiple regions while maintaining strict financial controls and timely reporting.
