Manager Finance - UAE based

Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the telecom subcontracting business. Ensure accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while monitoring cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements. Manage project-based costing, enforce internal financial controls, and prepare management reports and KPIs for strategic decision-making. Coordinate with procurement, operations, and project teams for financial governance on subcontractor payments and client billing, ensuring compliance with VAT, WHT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS standards. Support strategic planning and investment analysis, including feasibility and ROI studies.
