Required Qualifications
- WO-master in de richting (bedrijfs)economie, financieel management, bedrijfskunde of een MBA
- Minimaal 6 jaar relevante werkervaring bij financiële instellingen of in consultancy
- Ervaring met projecten rondom performance management en/of financiële transformatie bij een bank, verzekeraar of pensioenuitvoerder
- Goede kennis van de trends en ontwikkelingen die belangrijk zijn voor CFO's binnen de financiële sector
- Leiderschapskwaliteiten en ervaring in het succesvol afronden van complexe projecten met multidisciplinaire teams
- Ondernemend, kritisch, teamgericht en positief ingesteld met een gezonde dosis zelfreflectie
- Beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal op professioneel niveau
- Affiniteit met (generatieve) AI en de motivatie om deze technologie actief toe te passen in je dagelijkse werk
