Job Summary
Lead and manage finance transformation projects from strategy through implementation, designing and optimizing finance processes, governance structures, and target operating models for Sweden's largest organizations. Support CFOs and finance leaders in improving performance and enabling data-driven decision-making while driving project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery quality. Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, contributing to both client delivery and business development to strengthen KPMG's position as a trusted advisor. Coach and develop junior consultants while staying up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies within Finance Transformation. Work alongside talented colleagues in an ambitious and collaborative environment to help design future-ready finance organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, advisory, financial controlling, business controlling, or a related field
- Experience leading transformation initiatives within finance functions
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset and proven ability to build trusted client relationships
- Experience within one or more of the following areas: Finance Operating Model, Financial Controlling & Finance Operations, Record to Report (R2R), Source to Pay (S2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Management Reporting, SAP Finance or other finance technology platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A background from a leading consulting or advisory firm, such as MBB, the Big Four, or an equivalent organization
