Lead end-to-end tracking of business requirements across revenue, labor, and SG&A areas, coordinating iterative review cycles with SMEs and stakeholders to secure director-level signoff. Drive development of executive-ready presentations for SteerCo and OpCo forums, translating complex financial and technical topics into clear narratives while maintaining standardized slide templates and data accuracy. Manage day-to-day workplans, prepare materials for operating committee meetings, and proactively identify bottlenecks to resolve conflicts and unlock progress. Serve as the primary liaison across Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Maintain centralized trackers in Smartsheet and Excel to monitor status, risks, and dependencies while ensuring disciplined documentation for auditability.
