Job Summary

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and labor planning for FX and Hulu Originals brands and Marketing COE functions, consolidating content marketing spend across Linear and DTC P&Ls. Partner with Controllership and Business Management to align budgets, forecasts, and actual spend, while delivering forecast reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights on risks and strategic trade-offs. Standardize financial processes, reporting frameworks, and datasets to improve accuracy and transparency, serving as the primary finance point of contact for assigned brands and functional areas. Own end-to-end monthly close support and long-range planning, providing ad hoc analyses to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing finance, FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
  • Proven ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a continuous learning mindset
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging new technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Prior experience leading other more junior level finance employees
  • Aptitude and passion for mentoring, developing talent, and fostering collaboration across teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Experience with SAP, M360, and other financial planning and reporting systems
