Job Summary
As a Manager in Finance Strategy & Deals, you will play a key role between partners and consultants, driving projects and managing a team of 1 to 3 consultants. Your responsibilities include ensuring the quality of deliverables, managing M&A-related missions, and contributing to the team's development and the firm's reputation. You will collaborate closely with various PwC teams to maximize client value and be involved in strategic decision-making and operational implementation. Strong expertise in M&A processes, financial performance management, and transformation projects is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in strategy consulting
- Experience in leading strategic plans, market studies, and large-scale transformation projects
- Experience in financial control and project management in M&A environments
- Experience in financial and operational performance management
- Ability to define strategy and support operational implementation
Desired Qualifications
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to work in complex and demanding environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
