Job Summary
Finance Shared Services Manager overseeing day-to-day output in India's Shared Services. Manages accounting close procedures including analysis and substantiation of balance sheet and income statement accounts, including valuations; oversees global centralized controls and procedures such as month-end broker valuation, fixed asset monitoring, and energy funds reporting. Analyzes internal processes for improvements and collaborates with the financial technology team to develop financial automation. Assists in preparing annual financial statements and coordinates with external auditors; contributes to various ad hoc and special projects. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, at least 6 years of accounting experience (preferably with public accounting and financial services), CPA/CA or equivalent certification, and strong US GAAP knowledge. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Tableau is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- CPA, CA or equivalent certification
- 6 years of accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and financial services accounting preferred
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
