Manager, Finance Operations responsible for leading the Finance Operations Service team in Ghent, Belgium, delivering high-quality billing support for complex customer accounts, and building a proactive, scalable operation. Key duties include coaching a distributed global team, triaging backlog and escalations, improving proactive service for enterprise and VIP customers, coordinating with Account Management and other internal stakeholders on complex invoicing setups, and championing practical AI adoption to enhance workflows. Requires 3+ years of people management, experience in finance operations or billing, strong prioritization and cross-functional communication, CRM/Salesforce familiarity, and a leadership mindset to drive structure and efficiency across high-volume, dynamic workloads.
