Job Summary
Manage Employee Business Expenses (EBE) operations and governance by enforcing finance policies, training staff, and resolving technical issues with global teams and the Controller. Monitor EBE records to detect fraud, report findings to senior management, and propose comprehensive remediation actions. Lead financial and operational data analysis to design new cross-functional business support models and implement updated processes. Ensure transparent disclosure compliance with JMPA guidelines and Clinical Research Law while coordinating conflict of interest inquiries. Maintain risk management programs including insurances and support the development of crisis management and business continuity programs. Assist internal audits periodically. This role supports the Finance & Strategy affiliate, reporting to the General Affairs Group Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in a business and finance environment
- Robust accounting knowledge
- Superior data analytical skills
- Balance between commercials and controls
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to have sensitive and tough conversations with stakeholders in a productive way
- Intermediate or upper English language capability

- Over 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Adequate experience and interest in internal financial controls
- Over 5 years of people management
