Job Summary
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving the financial and administrative organization. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial information, strengthening internal controls, analyzing internal and external developments for improvements, optimizing financial processes and reporting structures, and leading the Finance department by defining responsibilities and monitoring progress against budget. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in leading a finance team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior finance role with responsibility for AO/IC and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable steps
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing a finance team
- Completed higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field

- Experience with process optimisation

- Experience working in an international manufacturing environment
