Manager, Finance Master Data Management

BeOne’s Manager, Finance Master Data Management role combines hands-on master data stewardship with governance, automation, and process improvement. You will create, maintain, extend, and retire Finance Master Data objects (e.g., COA elements, cost/profit centers, projects, hierarchies), enforce master data policies and controls, design data quality checks, build automated workflows for approvals and notifications, and automate recurring data loads with validation and reconciliation. The role requires collaboration with Finance stakeholders, SAP Finance solution teams, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Data Governance to deliver scalable automation that reduces cycle time and enhances data accuracy and transparency. Key responsibilities include data quality monitoring, workflow automation, system alignment across finance platforms, and continuous improvement of master data operations. Preferred background includes enterprise data governance, data stewardship, automation tooling (low-code, RPA, scripting), and experience in regulated industries. Master data concepts, dependencies, and experience with SAP Finance environments are valued, as is regulation-aware data processing and user enablement through SOPs and training.
