Job Summary
Manager – F&A at KPMG India responsible for Month close processes including journal entries, GL account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, cash & bank accounting, and financial reporting. Guides the team on policy and procedures, prepares audit schedules and coordinates with auditors, drives business metric improvement in Record to Report, and ensures delivery on SLA/KPIs. Oversees a team of 10-15 with accountability for performance management and productivity/transformation initiatives.
