Job Summary
Manager - Finance responsible for financial assessment across in-licensing, out-licensing, co-development, co-commercialization, tech transfer, and strategic partnerships; develop and critique financial models (NPV, IRR, scenario/sensitivity analyses) for licensing deals; support cross-functional due diligence (BD, R&D, regulatory, IP, legal, commercial); review financial terms in licensing and collaboration agreements; ensure accurate tracking, accounting, and payment of milestones and royalties; present business case scenarios to senior management for approvals. Requires CA with 12+ years of experience in pharma, strong analytical and operating skills, knowledge of Indian accounting laws, entrepreneurial mindset, stakeholder management, and excellent communication and presentation abilities. Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (preferably first attempt)
- 12+ years of post-qualification experience
- experience in pharma industry mandatory
