Manager Finance - Global Manufacturing Strategy & Operations

Job Summary
Provide financial analytical support and oversight to Global Manufacturing functional leaders to drive strategic and tactical decisions. Evaluate global expansion initiatives, including new site development and capacity investments, while partnering with supply and space planning teams on long-term manufacturing strategy. Conduct ROI assessments, scenario analyses, and business case modeling to guide capital deployment, and develop financial models for quarterly forecasting and executive presentations. Manage budgeting and planning for the Technical Services business unit, including Sterilization, Biological Safety, Labelling, and Packaging groups. Drive standardization and process improvements across FP&A to enhance forecasting accuracy. Perform ad-hoc analyses and maintain capacity models to support resource allocation decisions. Work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, Tuesday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of financial management experience in a high-growth, manufacturing-driven environment
